MANAWA’s referral programme is designed to thank our existing Platinum Members for introducing new families to MANAWA, while also welcoming those new families with a benefit of their own.

1. Referral Credit

When an existing Platinum Member refers a new client to MANAWA using their unique referral code, both the referring Platinum Member and the newly referred client may receive $50 MANAWA Referral Credit, subject to these terms.

The Referral Credit is awarded once the referred client has:

• * completed their MANAWA experience in full; and
• * collected their commissioned artwork.

Referral Credit is awarded at the point of artwork collection.

2. Who receives the credit?

The referring Platinum Member receives $50 Referral Credit for a successful referral.

The newly referred client also receives $50 Referral Credit which can be used in their upcoming experience in exchange for full priced products.

Each successful referral therefore benefits both the person making the referral and the person being referred.

3. Referral Credit does not expire

MANAWA Referral Credit has no expiry date.

Credit may remain on a member’s account until they choose to use it, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Referral Credit can be accumulated

There is no limit to the amount of Referral Credit a Platinum Member may accumulate through successful referrals.

For example, three successful referrals would result in $150 of Referral Credit being added to the member’s account.

The available balance will be maintained on the member’s MANAWA account.

5. How Referral Credit can be used

Referral Credit may be used towards eligible individual MANAWA products at their full standard price.

Credit may:

• be used partially;
• be used across multiple eligible products;
• be combined with other Referral Credit held by the same member; and
• remain on the member’s account if the full balance is not used.

Any unused balance remains available for future eligible purchases.

6. Referral Credit cannot be used towards Sessions or Collections

Referral Credit cannot be exchanged for or applied towards:

• MANAWA Signature Sessions;
• MANAWA Collections; or
• the purchase price of a Collection.

MANAWA Collections are intentionally priced to provide exceptional value by combining products and services at a substantially reduced Collection price. Referral Credit therefore applies only to eligible full-price individual products, rather than further reducing Collection pricing.

7. Referral Credit and Collection Product Credit

Referral Credit is separate from any Collection Product Credit included as part of a MANAWA Collection.

Where a Collection provides Product Credit, that credit is governed by the terms of that particular Collection.

Where permitted by the Collection, a client may use their available Referral Credit together with their Collection Product Credit towards eligible full-price individual products.

Collection Product Credit does not form part of the $50 Referral Credit awarded through the referral programme.

8. Who may use the Referral Credit?

Referral Credit belongs to the Platinum Member to whom it was awarded and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged for cash.

However, a Platinum Member may use their Referral Credit towards eligible artwork purchased from their family’s images. This may include artwork purchased by their partner or another member of their immediate family, provided the artwork relates to the member’s MANAWA images.

9. Referral Credit is not transferable

Referral Credit cannot be transferred between unrelated clients or accounts.

It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or redeemed for a cash equivalent.

10. Commissioned artwork

MANAWA artwork is individually commissioned and produced specifically for each client.

Once an artwork order has been confirmed, products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Where Referral Credit has been used towards a commissioned product, the credit used does not become redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.

11. No additional discounts

Referral Credit is MANAWA’s referral benefit and is not intended to be combined with additional discounts, promotional codes or other price reductions.

Referral Credit applies only to eligible products purchased at their full standard price.

12. Referral eligibility

A referral must be correctly identified using the referring Platinum Member’s unique referral code at the time of enquiry or booking.

MANAWA cannot retrospectively guarantee referral credit where a referral code was not provided or correctly recorded.

A referral is considered successful only when the referred client has completed their experience in full and collected their commissioned artwork.

13. MANAWA account records

MANAWA will maintain the member’s Referral Credit balance as part of their client record.

Members may contact MANAWA if they believe their credit balance is incorrect or if they require clarification about available credit.

MANAWA’s recorded client and transaction information will be used to determine referral eligibility and the amount of Referral Credit awarded.

14. Changes to the referral programme

MANAWA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme for future referrals where reasonably necessary.

Any Referral Credit already validly awarded will remain subject to the Terms & Conditions that applied when it was earned, unless a change is required by law.

15. Acceptance of these Terms

Participation in the MANAWA Referral Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

MANAWA reserves the right to decline or reverse Referral Credit where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate referrals or an attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of the referral programme.
